How is the authenticity of the items guaranteed?
We accept in priority luxury items in good condition.
Our number one priority is to offer you authentic luxury preloved items.
Each item we sell from our store “Lenush’ Shop” is physically checked and thoroughly examined by our team of experts.
For the other stores belonging to third parties, we advise our buyers to proceed with the online authentication through our partner Legitgrail. It is also possible to request a physical authentication in our premises.
We also work with artificial intelligence from trusted third parties to guarantee you 100% authenticity. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be a counterfeit (with the purchase receipt) we guarantee to return your money back.
We deliver within European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Monaco with DHL for a flat price of 35 euros (until 1.5 kgs) and 50 euros above 1.5 kgs and below 2.5 kgs. Above 2.5 kgs, the cost will be calculated depending on the weight of the item and the destination. For the U.S.A, the price is calculated depending on the weight of the purchase. For Cyprus, we offer free delivery above 200 euros of purchase (up to 2.5 kgs) and 5 euros below 200 euros. For Greece, Romania and Bulgaria, there is a flat price of 13 euros (excluding heavy items, subject to quotation). For more details, please refer to our Terms.

As we are a pre-owned consignment store, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. The only case we return your money back is in case a claim has been issued by written within 72 hours after receipt of an item for suspicion of counterfeit and with proof of purchase. Once the claim has been accepted by us, we will return your money back.
