What type of items, do we accept?

We are a luxury reseller of pre-loved items. This means we do accept Fashion clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry and home décor. We accept only luxury and contemporary brands of womenswear, menswear and kidswear
Regarding the accessories that we accept, they must be:
-By a designer or luxury brand
-In good condition

We do not accept mid range and high street brands
of shoes and bags.

What are the brands that we accept?

We accept in priority luxury items in good condition.
A non exhaustive list of luxury brands we accept: Hermes, Givenchy, Miu Miu, Prada, Gucci, Christian Dior, Marni, Saint Laurent, Celine, Chloé, Louis Vuitton, Zimmermann, Dolce Gabbana, Oscar de la Renta, Fendi, Emilio Pucci, Jacquemus, Alexandre Vauthier, Philipp Plein, Dries Van Noten, Missoni, Balmain, Valentino, Paco Rabanne, Nina Ricci etc.

Some contemporary brands of clothing (not bags) can be accepted such as Ganni, Sandro, Maje, Faithfull the brand, Dsquared2, Etro, Iro, Isabel Marant Etoile, Alice + Olivia, Red Valentino, Reformation, Rhode etc.

In any case, we are entitled to refuse items at our sole discretion.

How do I receive my payment
when my item is sold?

Once your item has been sold and after the return policy of 72 hours has expired, we will issue the payment to your bank account.

Where our headoffice is located?

Our headoffice is located in Limassol, Cyprus.

How do we calculate the commission?

The commission will be agreed depending on the value of the item.

How long do we keep an item?

Once you sign the consignement agreement giving us permission to resell your item, you can ask to have your item returned after 30 days. After this time period elapses, if you wish to have your item returned all costs will be borne by the seller.

How is the authenticity of the items guaranteed?

We accept in priority luxury items in good condition.
Our number one priority is to offer you authentic luxury preloved items. Each item we sell is physically checked and thoroughly examined by our team of experts. We also use artificial intelligence from trusted third parties to guarantee you 100% authenticity. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be a counterfeit (with the purchase receipt) we guarantee to return your money back.

What is our delivery policy?

We deliver within European Union with DHL for a flat price of 35 euros (excluding heavy items, subject to quotation) For Cyprus, we offer free delivery above 200 euros of purchase. For Greece, Romania and Bulgaria, there is a flat price of 13 euros (excluding heavy items, subject to quotation). For more details, please refer to our Terms.

Do we ship internationally?

For the moment, we only deliver within European Union but soon we will cover other countries.

Can I arrange a viewing of an item?

All items we sell are stocked in our headoffice, so it is possible to arrange an appointment to see a specific item depending on the availability of our team (no fitting of clothes)

What is our return policy?

As we are a pre-owned consignment store, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. The only case we return your money back is in case a claim has been issued by written within 72 hours after receipt of an item for suspicion of counterfeit and with proof of purchase. Once the claim has been accepted by us, we will return your money back.
