As we are a pre-owned consignment store, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
The only case we return your money back is in case a claim has been issued by written within 72 hours after receipt of an item for suspicion of counterfeit and with proof of purchase. Once the claim has been accepted by us, we will return your money back.
